Manarola Ristorante — Restaurant in undefined

Better than yesterday (when they didn't have avocado for the Trancia de Tonno Rosso). Today we couldn't order eggs because it was twenty minutes past 12:00 (then the breakfast stops and they "do adhere to rules"), it doesn't matter to them the customers' crave. We had orata file, trancia de tonno rosso, salata mista etc. The waiter brought us additional "gran padano" (not the original Gran Padano, thus we do recommend to this Ramada restaurant not to use the trade mark of Gran Padano if you do not use the original, but put the quote marks on menu) when we asked for the salata mista (having in the menu ruccola, cherry tomatoes and "gran padano") to have beside the cherry tomatoes and the ruccola that she mentioned also the "gran padano" 🤣 Overall good, but not very good for the prices...

Recent am avut o experiență neplăcută la acest restaurant. Era ora 21:30, vineri, când ne-am așezat la una dintre mesele de pe terasă. Doar 2 mese erau ocupate, restul toate libere cu semnul “rezervat” pe ele. La un moment dat, a venit unul dintre ospătari și ne-a spus că toate mesele de pe terasă sunt rezervate… Ora 21:30… 👀 Nu este prima dată când observăm acest comportament din partea angajaților acestui restaurant. Cu o săptămână înainte, tot aici am venit, în jurul aceleiași ore, și ne-am așezat la masa de lângă intrare, pe terasă, singura care nu avea semnul „rezervat” pe ea. După jumătate de oră, personalul a venit și a adunat toate tăblițele cu „rezervat” de pe restul meselor.

Revenind la seara aceasta, am ales să mergem la terasa vecină (Gallo), iar, la întoarcere, în jurul orei 23:00, am trecut din nou pe lângă restaurant, și am avut ocazia să ne convingem că acesta este felul în care procedează în mod obișnuit angajații acestui restaurant, toate mesele fiind libere.

Deci, dacă vă întrebați de ce toate terasele sunt pline ochi în imediata vecinătate, iar aceasta este mereu goală, în plin sezon, acesta este răspunsul. Angajații nu doresc să se deranjeze să servească pe terasă și pun „rezervat” pe toate.

Las acest review în speranța că persoana responsabilă de managementul localului va lua măsuri și va corecta această situație.

A very nice and cozy restaurant inside Ramada 4 star Hotel, with a beautiful and spatious terrace sourended by palm plants. The quality of the food is high, fresh and very tasty. I liked the drinks too and they have a good wine collection.

Great and friendly staff members, they are professional and attentive.
