Hotel reception stuff is completely uninterested in their visitors, will help that much to give you just the keys of the room you booked and the doors have a half broken door lock. Enterior of the hotel is nice, they have few wide green pillars on the ground floor and stairs with the stilysh handrails that brings you on upper floors, clean yellowish walls with interesting paintings on them. The hall paths on each floor where the rooms are located are very slim so holding bags in both hands when you're going to your room would have to be with each hand in front and behind your back. Cleaning stuff does their job fantastic though and are very thorough with eliminating any dirt and spot made in rooms, especially on the carpets as i did accidentally dropped a glass of blueberry juice and was asking if they can give me some cleaning chemicals for what they said not to bother, the stuff will sort it in the morning along with bed sheets etc and they honestly did an amazing job with what i was positively shocked and very much impressed. The parking lot in front of the hotel is not bad, but you can not park there sometimes if hotel have more then 30 visitors, there's just not enough space for the cars. Their restaurant didn't worked at the time i was there so i couldn't order even a coffee nor have a lunch or anything. The younger reception stuff barely speaks english and are of no use to you if you want some info or help about anything, while the older woman who is the only one among all hotel stuff (always in official hotel uniform) who speaks well can give you a guidance at any time you will need while she is on the reception desk. What i like about hotel is that older woman from the reception desk, cleaning service stuff and the park/forest on the left side of the hotel as it is spacious and clean so you can walk peacefully and relax your head when you want some fresh air. There are no coffee bars or restaurants in the near that i've noticed, nor some grocery stores or actually anything where you can buy anything except one very small gas station sticked to the right side of the hotel where you can order and drink coffee you need during the day or in the morning. In overall not bad at all for a hotel...
Read moreRude receptionist, when I asked where is the car park as stated “secured car park on site” she became angry and asked me how do I not see the car park? Because she does, I told her that the area she is pointing at (next to a bush) is an off street and does not seem to be private and secure, she after told me that I can leave the car where I will find a space. I immediately asked for canceling my booking followed by a refund, her answer came sharp that she cannot help me as the reservation is made via platform. I don’t know how the rooms are because I have no interest in staying there after such attitude served me. If the pictures on internet looks at least average attached you can see what I found there. Avoid this hotel with all cost! Is Grimm, disgusting and doesn't feel safe either. The marble from the entrance stairs are coming off, rubbish everywhere, dust, whatever you don't want from a...
Read moreWe did not really enjoy our stay at Le Baron, luckily it was only for one night. The room looked worn down, the bathroom was not very clean. The shower drain was very clogged, the water barely went down the drain. The biggest surprise for me was that fact that there was no curtains at all in the room, just the white see-through kind. Meaning we basically woke up as soon as the sun was up (which is early in summertime). When we asked the reception about the WIFI password, the girl did not even know it at first, only her collegue who came later knew. All in all not a good...
