Novera — Hotel in Timișoara

What I didn’t like||Although the room was “chic”, it was totally nonfunctional:||1. No working desk and chair.||2. The only place you can read a book is… the bathroom; unless you bring your own lamp with you.||3. WIFI – extremely slow. ||4. There is an electric kettle, but… no cups (only 2 glasses, one of them dirty, although wrapped) and no coffee (except some “3 in one” mix). Instead of tea, you will find… chamomile. ||5. No “Don’t disturb” leaflet.||||Other issues:||1. Very unpleasant smell in the room.||2. Small parking.||3. Big contrasts in professionalism of the staff. ||4. I left the room shortly after 11 and it was not cleaned. ||5. No espresso coffee for breakfast.||6. No cola zero / pepsi light in the restaurant and minibar.||7. Noisy street.||||What I liked||1. My and my colleagues stay at this hotel was not pleasant at all. First of all, the hotel it’s NOT a four star - rooms are tiny and not well lit, dated and non functional. During our stay the weather was obviously very hot and the Rooms not only didn’t have any air conditioning but also you couldn’t really open the tiny window as the street below is so noisy.

During our 3 day stay the wifi was CONSTANTLY down

Although it’s advertised as having gym and spa on their website, we were told on arrival that those facilities weren’t there anymore (???????)

Breakfast is alright, very little choice mostly savoury and not really catering for any lactose intolerance...
