Hotel Silva — Hotel in Timișoara

My friend and I recently stayed at Hotel Silva and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost hospitality, especially by the friendly receptionist, Sandra, who made our check-in process smooth and welcoming.

The hotel's cleanliness stood out remarkably. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities like air conditioning, free WiFi. The attention to detail in ensuring a hygienic and inviting space was evident.

Another aspect that made our stay enjoyable was the attentive and polite staff. They were always on hand to help with any requests or queries we had, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The location of Hotel Silva is also worth mentioning. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore Timisoara's city center and its attractions.

On a scale from 1 to 10 we give it a 7 . We liked that it had easy front parking and the room was spacious and modern and clean at the arrival and we also had a gorgeous baby bad that we asked for. We booked it for 2 nights. We took a shower and we went to sleep. The bad things now . 1 the towels had a bad odor and when in touch with water it smelled even worse (like burned tire) , the shower cabin had the water stains from the previous night and they did not change our towels. And for the bed because I have a problem with hairfall the housekeeper did not put an effort to actually clean the bed , I could tell from the hair I found on it , she just...

We had a room on the building behind the hotel, l thought it would be more quiet. It was but I felt it was more like a motel room. Not very spacious, but the bed was good and comfortable. We had a good night sleep. The bathroom was fine. We didn't have breakfast, so l don't know nothing about it. The down side - We stayed for 3 nights and nobody came to clean the room( to take away the garbage, at least). The other downside - the hotel is not central.
