Bike House — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I booked a room here one week before my scheduled arrival, just because I knew the next weekend everything will be fully booked. The day of my arrival at the property, I got a call and they said "a pipe broke" and they need to cancel all reservations. Needless to say I was left without an accommodation during one busy weekend. ||||The staff offered to help finding another place to stay, but without booking it for me, just saying "maybe they have a room at place X" - well, that is not helpful now, is it? They also said they are very sorry and they can make it up to me the next time I choose to book their place. Well....it would be a proof of courage from my part to book their place again - I don't like being afraid of losing the room the day I get there.||||Overall, I realize that indeed they might have have plumbing problems, however it is not a secret that sometimes properties overbook and then cancel reservations based on the duration of the stay. ||||So, my experience was an unpleasant one.But who knows, maybe other pleople will...

We really enjoyed our stay at Bike house, which is not just a house, it's an experience that you should try at least once. :) The house is very cool, nice decorated and clean, you find here all you need for your stay. Also if you want to work a week or two from Brasov, it's the perfect place, because the owners think of everything and they also have an office in one of the rooms, where we stayed. I liked that the house is personalized and you cannot find everywhere the pieces from here, from the walls to the lightning, something personalized or handmade and I think...

Cozy room, spacious, nicely decorated with good taste. The room was carefully designed and it's the type of house that surprises you with very well-thought-out details: lights, furniture. It was private and cozy. It was very clean. Nice kitchen with every needed item perfect for a great breakfast, books, travel maps. A bit far from the main street where all shops and restaurants are located but there is a bus station or you can take a taxi...
