We came to this hotel as a stopover for our family trip of 16 people, children and adults. We reserved 4 rooms. |The room is in need of a reno. The carpet doesn't seem to be very clean. The bathroom is the worst. Besides looking so very old, some of the rooms we reserved had a terrible sewer smell coming from the showers. A few of my grandkids used our shower, since we were the lucky ones, without the smell. It seems that their shower drains were quite clogged. The whole night we heard a noise that didn't stop. Only in the morning did we understand that it was from the refrigerator. My daughter's room had skylights (4) that couldn't be blocked, so they had light in the room all night. First from outside lights, and then from daylight. |My grandson banged his head on an overhead beam, near the outside stairs that had a caution sign on it, but since it was so dark, he didn't see it and got quite a bang. The outside steps were not even, some higher and some very low. This can lead to falls if you're not super careful. The breakfast was fine, but the dining room is much too small for the large amounts of guests who came to eat there. The bed was fine, though the pillows were not so good. |If I ever return to Brasov in the future, I will definitely look for another...

The room is spacious and the beds very comfortable. This place is great value, highly...
Read moreLovely staff, clean room and bathroom, warm, good breakfast. I think for three stars though it would be lovely to have coffee / tea making facilities in the room, or even just in a communal area, though perhaps that's just an English thing! The room door had clouded glass in it, which meant that at night the bright lights on the balcony shone through directly on to our pillows making sleep difficult. We stuck up something to cover it, using sticking plasters, but I think there should be a little curtain or cover or something on it; thank you for your...
