This hotel is not exactly in the city center, but nearby. The hotel itself is good, our room was basically clean, however we found some mold in the bathroom. The room was a little bit dark, because there were only two spotlights on the wall (no light on the ceiling). The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was OK, not a big variety of meals, but it was fine.|Check-in was a little bit challenging, because no one was there at the reception and the main entrance was locked. We tried to call the number, but no one picked up the phone. We were standing in front of the hotel when other guests came. They tried to call the same number from their romanian phone, and finally we managed to reach the receptionist, who had left the keys for us at the reception. So the hotel’s number is only available from a romanian phone.|It was our fault not to send her a message about our exact arrival, I know. But if other guests hadn’t come, we might have stood there for hours. So if you have a reservation here, make sure to send them a message with your exact arrival. |All in all, this hotel was good...

Good location, 15-20 mins easy walking (not a complicate route) to centre (you may take the bus also). Close to a restaurant (Ceasu Rau) and fast food serving restaurant. As I understood at the hotel they only served breakfast (which was not extraordinary but fine - eggs/omlette, cheese/pressed cheese, ham variety, yoghurt, milk, cucumbers/tomatoes, tea, cofee, cookies etc). We got food even 15 mins before the end of breakfast time. The walls and carpets/curtains are not clean, meaning they have stains but the rooms are cleaned up, sheets very clean, so was the bathroom, matress was good. Not enough light in the room, i did not like that. Very warm at night. A bit noisy from outside if you are noise-sensitive. I had room 302 having the bed somehow "upstairs" comparing to the rest of the room so no noise there. Given the great location and all the above I would come again to this hotel. The rooms may need some maintenance though...spotless walls and carpets would give this hotel a...

I have been staying for some periods in this hotel, only for bussiness purpose since 2011.The booking is not in my hand so I have to go there. May be I have used from the hospitallity of most Greek hotels and I have realized that almost all the girls in the reception of that hotel needs refresh as about tourism knowledge and customer service. Not even laught and if so, it is fake. The rooms are not bad and during winter time they are very hot. Bathrooms have been renovated (at least in the 2nd floor) and there is no problem with water pressure and temperature. Also they have install new airconditions (they used to have portable ones). The breakfast is quite boring, neither a small change during these 5 years I am visiting it. there are certain...

This hotel was so so bad, I hated it. It was so ugh. This hotel has dirty walls and bedsheets, the doors are taped with duck tape, and they can't close, the bathroom is very nasty, the shower has only cold water, and the toilet had dirt spots left. The beds are broken, and most of the furniture are destroyed. The food is so bad, it was so gross, really poor quality, don't recommend at all.🤮

Beautiful town based in the land of Count Dracula. Everybody is very friendly and the vibe is like going back in time. One day in Brasov should be enough to get a good idea of the town.
