Service – 10/10 The staff at Bloom exemplifies professionalism and warmth. From the moment we were greeted at the door to the last bite of dessert, the service was attentive but never intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was flawless.

Food & Presentation – 10/10 Now, let’s talk about the star of the evening—the food. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavors, textures, and presentation.

Appetizers: We started with the beeftartar which was beautifully plated and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The balance of ingredients was spot on. Main Course: was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and paired with a sauce that elevated the dish to another level. The attention to detail in every bite was evident. Dessert: We couldn’t resist trying all and it did not disappoint. Light yet indulgent, it was the perfect way to end the meal. Drinks & Pairings – 10/10 The wine/cocktail list was impressive, offering a diverse selection that complemented the dishes beautifully. The bartender’s expertise was evident in the perfectly balanced cocktails, and the sommelier’s pairing suggestions were spot on.

We went 18 friends for dinner and drinks here, we were very impressed with the design and the vibe of the location, everything was neat and clean, the personnel very well trained and friendly.

We ordered an array of drinks that were served impeccable by Eugen (I will mention him a lot here), the decor of the drinks and the actual glasses were premium, and of course the taste was perfect.

We had a lot of appetizers which were amazingly tasty and were explained and presented by one of the most memorable and amazing waiter i have ever met în Brașov , his name is Eugen.

The main course was impeccable, I ate the stake with pepper sauce which was so soft and cooked to perfection, that was also recommended by Eugen.

The desserts “killed” us, we couldn’t stop eating, the Lebanese Baklava that was recommended by Eugen was incredible, the Pavlova was out of this world and also the deserts with Rose infusion were something I have never tried before.

I am 100% recomand this place, and if you are served by Eugen, you really are în luck. He will not only serve you, he will give you an experience.
