Hotel Casa Viorel — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Upon arrival we were "upgraded" to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for.

Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. Breakfast on the other hand was pretty fresh and diveresed.

Experienta la hotelul Ohma a fost decenta, locatia este foarte frumoasa, micul dejun si servirea au fost foarte ok, placut impresionata de personalul din restaurant. Insa, apartamentul oferit nu a fost ce am cerut, trebuia sa primim un apartament normal, cu doua camere la erajul 3, iar cand am ajuns am primit un apartament cu scara interioara la etajul 2, pentru o familie cu doi copiii a fost f greu, am fost nevoita sa stau cu stres mereu sa nu patrasca ceva, plus ca a fost nevoie sa blochez accesul sa nu urcea fata de 1 an. Ati fost draguti ca ati incercat sa vedeti daca ne puteti oferi alt apartament dupa ce ne-am instalat, pe care l-am refuzat deoarece eram pe picior de plecare. Trebuia atentie de la inceput, este urat atat pentru clienti cat si pentru voi sa schimbi camera dupa instalare. In camere nu este curatenie, desi pentru asta am ales locatia, miroase urat, mai ales in baie unde mirosea a urina si cada era murdara, am apreciat ca s-a facut curat in baie la cerere. Mi se pare esential sa fie baia curata. Usa de la balcon nu se inchidea bine, aveti fisuri pe pereti care nu par ok, nici scara nu pare in regula. In balcon balustrada ar trebui completata in partea de jos deoarece poate cadea pe acolo un copil. Check-in-ul se face f tarziu, dupa ora 16:00. Good location with a forest and mountains view. At first sight looks far away from slopes, but actually 20 min and you can reach them even with a 4 year child. Very close to the only pharmacy at the area and a small mini market with very polite prises. Free parking, game yeard for children. Good service, English speaking stuffs, good breakfasts.
