room size first received standard room when i checked in but my booking was junior suite . the house keeping was keeping the room dirty the mini bar in mess , didnt clean the cups . toilet kept dirty as it is , towels smelling

but the last drop i booked extra night and informed them to keep the same room , and on that day one mad lady her name elena i believe short hair from reception open the door of my room while i was naked and ordered me to go out shouting on me . and when i wanted to explain she left me and went . she really disrespected me and no one offered anything to calm me down .
