Hello, Yesterday was 31 of December and I planned to celebrate the new year with family and friends ( total 4 people including myself) so I reserved a table and paid for 4 set menus. I had expected that each set menu contain atleast an appetizer, main course, dessert, and drink. However, I was shocked and embarrassed by how little the food was. We were served 1 plate per 2 people and it was barely enough for 2 people so imagine how little it was for 4 people. I invited my guests for dinner and so naturally, I was extremely embarrassed by how little the food and how we had to share a plate with barely 6 pieces of dynamite shrimp. All of the courses that were served were appetizers and we were served no dessert at all or even given the chance to order coffee (even for extra charge). Plus, before reserving a table, we were promised celebratory accessories such as a hat with “happy New Years” but I had to ask for them twice and we were only given 2 hats for 4 people. Moreover, the restaurant was so dimly lit that I couldn’t see the food served to me. This also exacerbated the slow service in the restaurant as the waiters could rarely visibly see our table to serve us. For example, when the waiters were serving the sparkling wine to all the tables, they passed us a couple of times and didn’t see us to serve us, so we had to call them to our table a couple of times to get the drink. To end our night, we weren’t even served a dessert and I was declined a glass of juice. I proceeded to offer to pay extra for juice but I was declined again because the bar “had closed” at only 12:30 AM when the restaurant clearly states that it closes at 1 AM on Fridays plus it was New Years night so logically, they would close later than 1 AM. Leaving the restaurant at only 12:30 AM (please note how early this is considering it’s New Years night), I once again paid and invited my guests to another restaurant so we could eat a proper dinner.
However, I have to admit that the DJ was great and the musician playing the violin was perfect. Overall, the music was enjoyable, but the food and service was horrible and it ruined my New...

Read moreAn unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and hospitality. The manager Hamid went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, checking in on us with a kind smile and thoughtful conversation that made us feel truly valued! He even helped me carry my plate aiding me when my hands were full. Really kind and amiable. He helped me carry my plate aiding me to my table when my hands seem full. Steadfast. Kudos!
What made it even more special was that Chef Roddy personally came to our table, introduced himself, and took a moment to talk about the dishes. It’s rare to see that level of connection and care. A depiction of an immaculate service!
This truly showed how much pride they take in their food and service. Speaking of the food, they're absolutely divine! Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming!
