Mohammad Faleh Aljabri Hotel — Hotel in Makkah Al Mukarramah

Positives: - Spacious room and bathroom, even they provide hook we can bring our own rope to hang our wet clothes. But some guest just hang their wet clothes on the glass outside the room. So far it was save n we didnt loose anything even we left it.|- Staffs friendly and helpful|- free shuttle bus to masjidil haram, at haram bus terminal we can find all shuttle bus from all over mecca area. So if we're going to miqot on our own we can find the bus there n go back again to mecca for umroh (tang in i think is the closest miqot)|- so many shops sells cheap but nice/ok stuffs for souvenirs n clothes. Even supermarket near across the hotel (on the left side across)|- there is a small grocery store inside hotel.|- They provide catering for groups n private dining table on level R. The food as per your request n taste were good. Only there were lots of empty space on that level that left abandoned n dusty.|- There is a big mosque inside the hotel. So if we tired we dont have to go outside just to get Jamaah Prayer. Even Taraweh.|- There are 5 lifts n 2 emergency stairs. The crowd only after or before pray times when a lot of guest want to go to M level.|Negatives:|- they don't clean up the room every day, except we asked them to. If full, I just put our trash can outside door room and in few hours it already empty.|- no phone on the room so if we need something we have to go to the lobby.||Overall i will love to stay there again for the next visit. Positives:||- Value for Money||- I had booked 3 beds room and had requested for an extra bed for 1 night, they gave me 4 beds rooms without any additional cost||- It was early check-in but the hotel right away gave us the room||- Staff was friendly and helpful||- There were 5 lifts, all were functional except 1 thus, we never had to wait long||- Rooms were clean and spacious||- AC was very good||- Several power sockets were available in the room for charging mobiles||- We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the day time||- The shuttle service from Hotel to Haram was pretty good, it use to run after almost every half hour||- Free Parking was available on the road near the Hotel||- The washrooms were spacious and shower was very good||- I would like to stay here again||||Negatives:||- Free WiFi was available but there were no signals in the room, we had to sit in the lobby to use the WiFi||- Although the shuttle service was good but the hotel was far, thus it use to take the bus around 20min to reach bus stop near haram, then it was around 10min walk to Haram.||- There were not many food places or supermarkets near the hotel||- There was only 1 key for the door, more keys would have been...
