Here is an update review: Regarding my today’s visit.
As we walked in we were told to wait 25 mins before having our table ready … We got the call and were seated at table near the door, which was bad because the air would blow at us every time the door would open. We tried to get the guy who took our name’s attention but kept on ignoring us. Finally we told him that this was uncomfortable we would like to change and we pointed that there is a table upstairs that is free and he said NO. Cuz that table is more suitable for 4 people not two. Even though there was a table right next to us that had two people only while it’s suitable for 4! As I told him to give us the same treatment that he gave that table he started arguing with me EVEN though there were a lot of empty tables upstairs. There were 4 tables who were empty to be exact, so he kept us seating in the uncomfortable table for no good reason. He even told me it’s my issue and it’s my personal opinion! How unprofessional!!! That guy made my whole experience worse!! I honestly didn’t enjoy my time and I will never repeat my visit.

This new breakfast place in jeddah is a must try one. The vibe of the place was nice, the music was a bit too loud. The food was delicious and even the coffee was great.
Let’s rate the experience:
Food: 8.5/10 Turkey egg benedict - It was delicious highly recommended 9/10 chicken pesto sandwiches- this was my favourite dish, the pesto was so good and the Parmesan fries was crispy and nice. 9/10 Spanish latte was good
Service: 5/10 - The services were good up until one girl server kept on bothering us every 5 mins , by asking if we needed anything else. She made us feel unwelcome to stay longer, even though we were still eating. She stopped by our table 6 times in the 45 min we were in the restaurant.
Atmosphere: 10/10 the place was big and light was everywhere which made it more pleasant and enjoyable.
Sum up: I would come back to this place to try more dishes and have a good breakfast. It needs some working on the bothering service and also if they could turn down the music...

Even if their dishes are good, the overall experience was bad. I asked to have a poached egg instead of a hard boiled one and was denied !! Reason provided is that "this is a franchise and we can not make changes"!!
This is the first time I ever heard this excuse and I could not believe it. A customer should be able to make minor adjustments to their meal without being forced fed. This was communicated to the person taking th order, and his response was even worce, massive condescending behavior and fake smiles. Also" I'll inform management" as if his managmnt would do "things" to defuse the egg situation !!
This incident truly ruined breakfast for me, it put me out of my mood and resulted in a bad experience. It also led me to be hyper critical of the food that was served. We had the shakshuka, the scrambled egg croissant, and the parmesan fries. All food was average at best. The shakshuka was under seasoned and the poached eggs were firm while we asked for them to be runny. Also, the tomato sauce was not done right. As for the scrambled eggs, also under seasoned and bland.
Word to the shop owner, fix the attitude and give customenrs what they want, otherwise, you...
Read moreI recently visited Early Club for breakfast and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service left much to be desired. The waitress seemed unaccommodating, especially when we requested iced drinks. Instead of preparing them as requested, she informed us that they could only bring ice on the side, leaving us to make our own drinks. This lack of flexibility was disappointing and set a negative tone for the meal.
The seating was another issue; it was extremely uncomfortable. I found myself shifting around, trying to find a suitable position, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
As for the food, it was just okay. However, the timing of the dishes was off. Our meals arrived before our drinks, and they didn't even come out all at once. A couple of dishes arrived first, followed by the others, which made for a disjointed experience.
Overall, I hoped for a pleasant breakfast at Early Club but the combination of unaccommodating service, uncomfortable seating, and poor timing of food service left much to be desired. I may consider giving it another shot, but I hope they can improve on these aspects...
