**“Truly a bad experience with the front desk staff. I arrived to check in at 10:00 PM, and the receptionist told me to wait 15 minutes while they prepared the room — despite the fact that the reservation was prepaid. How is it that at 10:00 PM the room is still being cleaned?
Anyway, after waiting 15 minutes, the receptionist called me and said they didn’t have a king-size bed available and would give me a room with two single beds, even though my reservation was for a king-size. I told him that I had specifically booked a king-size room and that I wanted the room I reserved. He then told me to wait a bit longer while they checked for another room.
After another 15 minutes, the receptionist called me again and said good news we found a room. Then he asked, ‘How would you like to pay?’ I told him, ‘My reservation is prepaid.’ He replied, ‘Let me check with reservations.’ After a while another guy came and said, ‘You’re right, your reservation is paid.’
Honestly, it was a disappointing experience despite the hotel’s good reputation and the receptionist action made me to leave the hotel just after couple of hours because I didn’t feel comfortable.
I had no intention of writing a review, and two weeks had already passed since the reservation. However, while searching for a new hotel, I was reminded of the unpleasant experience — and that is what ultimately compelled me to share it.

I was in Jeddah for business and spent 24 hours at the hotel with training groups from morning till evening. Despite my busy schedule, the hotel made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
I would like to especially mention F&B Supervisor Mjahed. He is a true professional — attentive, caring, and always ready with a smile. His genuine hospitality and personal attention made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. People like him create a memorable experience and really elevate the stay to another level.
The reception team — the girls at the front desk — were also very, very helpful, and I also want to thank the gentleman serving at the fitness area for his kind assistance.
Regarding location, I cannot fairly evaluate it as I didn’t have the chance to explore, but it’s worth noting that in Jeddah, people generally travel by car rather than on foot.
The only small limitation is that the windows cannot be opened, but this is the case in all hotels in Saudi Arabia as it’s regulated by the Ministry of Tourism.
