Q Suites Jeddah by Ewa — Hotel in Makkah Region

I have stayed 11 nights at this hotel. During my stay, certain events have happened that would not occur even in a 1 star hotel.

First of all, as a welcoming gift, a fight started between housekeeping staff right in front of my door room, when I was asleep and I had to interfere to stop the fight! Second, reception staff kept calling everyday through my room and mobile number asking if I would like to extend, even though I asked specifically not to be called at! And with regards to the extension, I told them “keep extending unless I tell you otherwise”, but no one listened. Third, I asked for the contact number of the management, but the reception staff refused and blatantly said “No!”. Forth, basic hospitality rules says if there is a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, it is forbidden to knock or ring the door bell, yet this hotel manage to screw up the simplest rule. It is an amazing and very wonderful experience with very very nice staff. Every one in the staff well equipped with sufficient knowledge to help you and make you feel you are very special to them.

I have no words how to thank them, they deserve more. We have really enjoyed the stay and it was flawless.

I want to thank every individual a million times for making us feel like we are a family. So polite so soft spoken and the word NO is not in their dictionary.

They are very helpful very generous and their hospitality is a top notch. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel and this will be my favourite family hotel for anytime we visit Jeddah a beautiful city with big HEART.

It is a new hotel in a good location the front service is good but you have to find the personnel available to speak English I visit it for business in the month of Ramadan, for Westerners it is not friendly since the kitchen is closed and you can not eat anything in 14 hrs! So be prepare!! no room service! the rooms are very good in space and has a small kitchen however it does not have a single glass, dish, or kitchen items so the kitchen is totally useless, the fridge is really small and is not enough for mire than 2/3 days grossers the air conditioning only cooled the livingroom and not the bedroom, the bathroom had water leaks under the tub ... they have many areas of opportunity to improve... a little above average in prince considering the...
