Stella Stays Riyadh Olaya Tower 2 | Furnished Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Al Shamal

I was pleased to be serviced and welcomed by the team. From the beggining since i checked in, the customer service team were always available for help, replying on me 24/7 at all times. They do have very quickly solutions if i reported any issue to the maintainace they get everything fix within a day or a few hours, i felt safe and valued during my stay, the sales team member, Jerin answered all of my questions about the stay at the properity, and offered me good prices for my extension. The cleaners have done spotless cleaning service every week, and the customer service team we in contact with me a day before my schduled cleaning time, and i was glad to meat khuzama and Elaf ,they both have nice welcoming attitued, Elaf herself came to me personally before i leave to ask me about my personal experiance throughout my stay. She seems a person who is really pationate towards her work. I was very happy to be hosted by them. Other things i did not like or complained about prefered to report it to them directly, cuz i belive successful businesses like this always have the intent to improve and become better versions and successful and sustainable visions.

The best experience staying at a hotel I’ve had globally. The staff surpassed my expectations and went above & beyond. Specifically, Elaf. She took ownership to make my stay extraordinary. When faced with a technical issue in the unit, Elaf went to buy me a room diffuser, essential oils, perfume and candles on her dime. She did this all on her own. Stella stays has become the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and this in comparisons with other 5 stars globally). The experience Elaf shared was beyond incredible. If you’re considering this place, go ahead and book it. You won’t find another hotel with such attentiveness, friendly and exceptional customer service or staff. Thank you to everyone, especially Raghad! We stayed at Stella Stays Riyadh Olaya 2 Tower for a couple of weeks. It was a delightful experience with a great location and very friendly staff. I truly appreciate the exceptional level of assistance provided by the hotel staff, especially Raghad. She was consistently helpful, promptly addressing any needs we had. On one occasion, when I was running late for school and my taxi canceled, causing me stress, she stepped in immediately. Raghad went above and beyond by personally driving me to school and back in her own car. I've never encountered such dedication and support from a hotel before.
