I had the pleasure of dining at Sage & Sirloin and it truly exceeded my expectations and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and elegant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal. The staff were attentive, courteous, and professional—making sure every detail was taken care of.

The menu offered a fantastic selection, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The sirloin was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each dish was beautifully presented, and it was clear that a lot of care went into both the preparation and the service.

The food—the truffle steak was absolutely phenomenal, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For dessert, both the tiramisu and dates pudding were a perfect sweet ending—rich, balanced, and beautifully presented.

Special mention goes to the manager in charge, whose kindness, professionalism, and incredible leadership truly stood out. You could tell the whole team was working in sync under his guidance, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

The service, food, and atmosphere are top-notch.

I had the pleasure of breaking my fast at Roya, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome, setting the tone for an incredible evening. A big shoutout to Habibur Rahman, who went above and beyond to ensure our Iftar was perfect. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly service made all the difference.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The Iftar spread was generous, offering a delightful selection of Turkish delicacies that were both flavorful and fresh. From the perfectly grilled kebabs to the rich and creamy hummus, every bite was a treat. The pide was another highlight—baked to perfection with a crispy yet soft texture, complementing the meal beautifully.

For dessert, we indulged in baklava, which was just the right balance of flaky, sweet, and nutty, paired with a strong, aromatic Turkish tea that completed the meal perfectly.

The ambiance at Roya was warm and inviting, with elegant décor and a relaxed atmosphere that made the evening even more special. It was the perfect place to enjoy a meaningful Iftar with family and friends.

This place didn’t just open strong - it got better. I first stumbled into it about a year ago, on what I later realized was opening night, while staying at the Ascot Hotel. Doing the classic traveler move: “Let’s see what’s nearby and doesn’t require an Uber… or a camel.” Sage & Sirloin was just a hallway away - like a steak-scented mirage.

Even then, the vibe was solid - like you’d accidentally wandered into the Riyadh location of your favorite hangout from the US or Italy. The burgers were juicy, the shared appetizers vanished faster than small talk. A year later, the place has gone from “great first date” to “we should move in together.”

The food has leveled up from really good to model-attractive and delicious. Hats off (and forks up) to the team.

Inside, it’s a choose-your-own-adventure of ambiance: chill shisha lounge? Check. LA harbor-meets-London Soho energy with snacks and a low buzz? Absolutely. It’s like every room has its own passport.
