Garni house 46 — Hotel in City of Belgrade

Is this a scam????? We have made a reservation on Booking.com, payed for it, called when we have arrived in Belgrade l, we were told to hold for instructions to get the room and after that no one answered the phone anymore. Or any other calls or messages on WhatsApp. This while we had a kid in the car and have been traveling for the last 7 hours! Needless to sau there will be a big report on Booking but this is simply outrageous and I urge all people to stay away from such locations and implicitly from such bad experiences. SCAMERS like this have to answer for their actions and be avoided, so people, I urge you to be wise and learn from this bad experience! This place , if real, need to shut down so other people will not be scamed...

Good for the price, but disappointed about the restaurant renovations.

I booked this for a week for a business trip for a few reasons: Clean and safe Air conditioning Breakfast buffet Laundry service

They didn't have laundry, which I don't think they advertised so that's my bad, and the restaurant that serves the breakfast buffet was closed, which they DID advertise. Also, the receptionist was on vacation so you had to call the owner to check-in or for special requests.

I would pick Hotel Vozarev over this, but would gladly come back, if they were booked, now that I know...

I've already stayed with them twice. It is the city center but the facility is a little tucked away and sheltered, so it is ideal for sleeping and resting because it is quiet. They also have their own parking space where you can leave your car. Nearby there are a couple of restaurants, bakeries, shops ... The staff is phenomenal, communicative and helpful. Everything is...
