Hotel Prime — Hotel in City of Belgrade

An awful and non-appropriate service! Never accommodate your groups in Hotel Prime, Belgrade!!! I work in a travel agency, and we had a group accommodated in hotel Prime last weekend. The reception desk guy was rough and was trying to humiliate me. The way they work with groups is terrible. There is no parking place for a bus close to the hotel. Firs they offer to call us a taxi, to show the bus driver a parking place and to drive him back to the hotel, they said that they will pay for this taxi, but they didn

t. The receptionist was pretending he is calling one of "the managers", and than was keep telling me that he can not do anything else. I even suppose to pay for the driver

I just want to share 1 experience which illustrates the friendliness of the staff. After 1 week of (mainly) partying, my voice was completely gone and during the middle of the night, my throat started hurting a lot. Unbearable almost. At 3AM, I came down to the lobby, and showed the lady there a message on my phone in which I asked for 'strepsils'. She didn't have that particular brand, but she did have a different brand of sore-throat pastilles which she offered me freely. I don't think they were from the hotel, since she took them out a bag which looked to be hers personally. Those pastilles ('Halls' was the brand) relieved the pain for a very major part. Thanks to those, I was able to get some sleep in that night and actually survive the next day (in which we travelled back).
