Green House Hostel — Hotel in City of Belgrade

The photos they post on the booking page are not real. The double room I booked says on the booking page that there is a larger room and no extra bed in the room. the room given to me is a room with bunk beds as it is not seen in the photos. the bed is in front of the toilet, there are not even towels in the room. I paid for breakfast included but breakfast was not provided. I requested that my fee be refunded and my reservation canceled due to misleading photo sharing and misinformation. But the hostel did not accept. I contacted booking, and the answer to the booking was that the hotel does not refund. The Booking page does not help the customer at all, and as an excuse, it asks you not to receive your mail by saying that we have not received your mail. as a result leaves it entirely up to the hotel's decision.

Rezerve ettiğim çift kişilik oda booking sayfasında daha geniş bir oda ve odada ilave yatak olmadığı yazıyor. bana verilen oda ise fotoğraflarda görüldüğü üzere alakası olmayan ranzalı bir odadır. yatak tuvaletin önünde , odada havlu dahi yok. kahvaltı dahil olarak ödeme yaptım ama kahvaltı hizmeti verilmedi. müşteriyi yanıltıcı fotoğraf paylaşılması yanlış bilgi verilmesinden dolayı ücretimin geri iade edilmesini ve rezervasyonumun iptal edilmesini istedim. Fakat hostel kabul etmedi. booking ile görüştüm , booking cevabı ise otel geri iade etmiyor oldu. Booking sayfası müşteriye hiç yardımcı olmuyor, bahane olarak da mailiniz bize ulaşmadı diyerek defalarca mail atmanızı istiyor. sonuç olarak tamamen otelin...

Stayed in the private room. It was spacious, and had a clean bathroom and aircon in the room. They have a free breakfast every day, which is normally pastries, fruit and eggs. They have some things on plates you can choose from, and then they cook you a plate of eggs and other things fresh. The staff don't speak much English and a few groups had a problem with asking what was vegetarian, so a few things get wasted as you don't know if there's meat inside it.||The outside area is stunning to sit on, but you'll get bit by mosquitos in the summer nights. The wifi also wasn't the best all the time, but we made do.||It's a little way out in the middle of a park, but it is very safe to walk during the day and night, and about a 30mn walk into the centre...

Room is clean and very minimalist. Towels are too small.

Staff are friendly, though poorly organized. They lost an item handed in for laundry and a promised pack lunch was not provided.

Overpriced. They asked for Euro payment although the booking requested local currency. They only take cash. Conversion rate of 1 Euro to 122RSD is a rip off! Laundry service 1000 RSD.

Breakfast options are limited to a fry up, very greasy.

View on the terrace of the river is nice.

Staff are middle aged. Hasn’t got a hostel vibe. People keep to themselves. One of the worst hostels I’ve stayed in.
