Lovely quiet area of the city nearly to the river, quite great for relaxing, walking, running, etc. The monument is pretty interesting to me simple but gorgeous. All of my recommendations are to visit this park and take a break.

A beautiful monument, which was desecrated, renovated. Need cameras everywhere. Lots of benches, old, beautiful trees. At the mouth itself. Walking paths for cyclists, plenty of parking spaces.

Овај споменик на Ушћу подигнут је као сећање на жртве агресорског НАТО бомбардовања. На врху се заиста вијорио вечити пламен, пре него што су цео споменик девастирали хулигани из политичких разлога. Посебно упечатљив је натпис са стиховима Бранка Миљковића: „Домовини: И када би ме убили, волим те”. Иако је споменик делимично обновљен, срамота је што град и држава не врате функцију вечног пламена - он је важна симболика за наш народ.

Beautiful park just next to the river. The Eternal flame js not eternak anymore, however its a unique monument with an amazing environment. There are three paths there. One for walking, one for running, and one for cycling. Always full of people and very vivid. With a childrens park full of huge instruments and other requisites. Perfect place to enjoy...
