Hotel Palić Resort — Hotel in City of Subotica

Everything was great. Room was nice and very clean with the balcony. Bathroom very modern, clean with everything you may need. Since we stayed only overnight we didn't use the pool which was offered to us. In the room you can find the bathrobs and slippers. Breakfas was buffet like and everyone can find something they may like - sweet breatfast, ham and cheese, eggs ... This place has all my reccomendations, everything is at high level, professional and neat, from rooms, hallways, balcony to restaurant and pool. The pool is very small but well maintained, ideal to be with kids when hotel is not crowded. The lake and all the things you need are very close by foot, so one can enjoy all the time. The appartement with balcony we were in is so magical, facing the lake Palić forest and birds song wakes you up every morning, so it is a very big plus for me. All in all, this place would surely...

We came there for a stay from friday til Sunday as we were going to be at a wedding located at a wine yard near by. We checked in and the room were full of bugs all over. Very creepy. Went down to the Resepsjon and the man who was working there was very helpful and tried his best to solve the problem but but there was to many bugs. He contacted the owner/director who was very unprofessional and impolite. He said that “we can just go “ and didn’t even look at us when we desided to actually change hotel....
