Glavno i najveće palićko zdanje, kroz koje prolazi centralna šetalilšna staza, najznačajniji je objekat graditelja Palića s početka XX veka, Deže Jakaba i Marcela Komora, izgrađen u stilu secesije. Od te 1912. godine služila je kao kur-salon, mesto za zabavu, sa višenamenskom balskom dvoranom, poslastičarnicom, restoranom, prodavnicama i dve velike terase povijene u blagom luku. Danas predstavlja najveći poslovni i kongresni centar na Paliću i Subotici....
