Hostel Koper — Hotel in Upravna enota Koper / Unità amministrativa Capodistria

I was here almost alone. It's clean, that's for sure. The common area is really nice, however both bathrooms are on the main level and all bedrooms are up one level (a pain if you really have to go....). There were a couple of other people staying but I didn't see them I was in a 2 bed dorm, and on the other bed was a note stating that NO personal belongings could touch the bed (!) How the heck and I supposed to pack up if I can't put things on my bed? Makes me wonder if there was an issue before with bugs....||||There was also a lingering smoke smell throughout the halls (not in my room though) the entire time. At first I thought it was coming in from outside, but it never went away so maybe it was from the prior night when they had been full? or from the owners? Who knows, but definitely smelled like smoke and made me sneeze!||||I slept well, though. No one in the morning for check out. Weird. Never been in hostel with no one there in the morning (I mean at 8:00, nor early). Like I said,...

I stayed in this hostel for longer time and had quite bad experience with the owners and staff of this hostel. At the end of my stay here, they charder me extra money for cleaning, despite it should be included in price. Behaviour of the owners were really bad. Also there is no view to the city center or to garden from rooms. Can not recommend...
