Due us not receiving any email or other communication after making a reservation we had to make a different booking. No other of our many hostels and b&b's during our travelling had this problem. Finally afterwards they somehow did figure out how to contact me. All they send was the full bill and rude communication. I recommend to avoid this hostel...
