Pollok Beach Guest Lodge — Hotel in Eastern Cape

I was booked in Pollok beach Guest lodge for 5 night, unfortunately it was not the best 5 days. Self catering Unit needs an upgrade, bathroom window damaged and not closing properly. Wind coming through all the windows in the unit. Cutlery was not clean, Couch is tired and not comfortable at all. Tv/Netflix/DSTV was not working most of the time. Great service from the manager she tried all she can to assist with the tv that was just a nightmare and everything else that was an issue . After the 3rd day i requested to be moved to another unit and I was moved to Summerstrand Beach guest house that was way much better than Pollok unit.
