I just ordered today something meat tripple decker large (order no.64) at Summerstrand. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied of paying my R224 to receive a empty pizza( base and sauces)!!!!!! An overwhelming tomato paste taste, 3 to 5 pieces of ham and less than teaspoon of mince if i can measure, on a triple decker. I called them immediately, the manager said they are doing it as per instruction issued by Debonairs. But to my surprise just recently, last Friday I ordered the same pizza from the other Debonairs but the toppings were OK. The pizza was nice and rich. It's my first time ordering from them this flavour!!!! Why does this instruction only applicable to them if it was really issued by Debonairs. DEBONAIRS IS ROBBING PEOPLE!!!! ITS A DEFINITIVE NO FOR ME!!!!!

The chilli chicken triple decker Had spots of cheese on top. You could see patches of crust. Also, no cream cheese in sight. The man at the till also wasn't very friendly. He had someone he clearly was indicating and he wasn't very communicative or friendly to her. I feel sorry for her.

I’m extremely displeased with my order, it tasted bland and looked so so small in person. It tasted horrible and I’m very disappointed, it’s the first time my Debonairs order comes out like this. Myself and my friends were very unimpressed 👎🏽

The delivery guys are so friendly from the times I've walked past the store. With all the cat-calling (So messed up). Other than that THE SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!!!!!!! From the ladies taking the calls with a dirty attitude all the way to the kitchen staff AND the managers on duty. I placed an order and waited 2hours for it (mind you I live less than 100m away) I had to walk to the store for my order which I had to re-place and pay for after the inconvenience... 10+ chances is enough for supporting local business and I'm highly disappointed. I will never send business that way again. If there was less than a star I would...
