I was probably like you I read few negative reviews I thought no these are few people maybe they are wrong. The place is perfect rooms ok. I met evilness in my life I never thought evilness really exist
Where can I start ? When we arrived our room were not ready yet which was around 16H00 we had to wait. finally maybe 19H30 my guest were checked in.
The next day the receptionist Patience held my guest hostage saying they must pay R500 she locked them inside locked the gate.
When I came she demanded R500 and locked me and my family inside she called ADT security on us and she insulted us because she found out we are Christians.
To be honest in my life since I was born I have never seen such evilness. I eventually payed R500 she refused to give me receipt. It is only today after I got my lawyers involved they refunded me.
The manager Thandeka very kind person I can not believe the receptionist she hired guys evilness true evilness it took me time to write my review that person you fear she can hire people for you but I feel like people must be warned better die for the truth cameras are evidence.I complained as well at ADT no response
I complained no one responded till now from the Hotel they only refunded me my R500 today my daughter recorded her and I recorded on their camera I hope it is working.
All I can say if you are a Christian be warned shem. Such level of evilness I feel so sorry for the owner. She said we paid little money we do not deserve good service even the manager knows.
The owner again has seen such complains is there any action no. I read negative reviews and I ignored them.

Read moreFrom the checking in the service was very poor. Rooms were booked on time 3 days before checking in. Confirmation of availability done. Arrived 3 days later in the evening around 8. But gaz what. It took an hour and a half to check-in and settle in our rooms. Told the rooms were taken due to mixed up of online book and telephone reservations. But when you look at the whole treatment, one can see that this is a matter of undermining people. More than 8 groups came in and assisted as we wait, ignored. Well treated, given priority over us. When you ask for the manager, you're told that it was the manager that processed the booking, meaning the manager made a mistake. Asked to talk to the manager, a "MANAGER" solved the problem by saying one of the rooms booked has a bigger bad and can accommodate 4 instead of 3, like WHAT, are you for real, how do you get to make such decision are you now measuring the size of our bodies. 4 sleeper room was booked. An hour and a half later an extra single bed was offered after demanding a refund, of which even after demanding the refund it was said that it will not be possible. Like really whose money is it.
To top it up, I slept in a very cold room. 4 start with no heater, just a fan. It's winter now and it was freezing cold. Currently suffering from flu as a write this review. Read moreIt started all well, since checking in on the 12th. Wasn’t too bothered about not having an air-con or bar fridge in my room, or even the 1ply toilet paper; I just needed a place where we and our development soccer club boys could sleep in.
Upon booking, we were told of a few events that were to take place; one of them was an awards ceremony on the 14th, and we were told that the event will end at midnight. It is the morning of the 15th as I write this review … 01:40 to be exact. The event has not ended, and I have been complaining to the manager since 00:28. Loud music is going on as if there’s a tavern, and the manager is not doing anything about it.
Upon approaching her, she’s told methat this lot of group books this place annually, and she doesn’t want to loose their business. My response was that we too are guests in this place, but if our cents don’t mean anything to them, then I’d rather get the cops to come do their work as there are bylaws that citizens have to abide by.. Well, they’ve turned off the music, but the people have decided to chat loudly, and sing!
Pathetic! … and not appreciating the attitude we’re being given, because of our booking, being less in value than the annual bookers!
