Steers Southgate Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

I read the reviews for this place before going as I am just staying in the area for a few nights and decided to give them a chance despite a few bad reviews. Who knows they could have been having a bad day but in short DON'T its not worth it. I walked up to the counter to order our food and the lady flat clean ignored us despite an almost empty shop, should have been the first warning sign, a steers quiet on a Wednesday??? , then when she was ready walked up and just stared at us no greeting or can I take your order. The taking of our money wasn't any better and our burgers were barely room temperature. 1 positive, the chicken burger had great taste once you put the patty back on the bun.

I would recommend taking about 5 steps to your right and go to chicken licken, their service was excellent...

I like steers meal but It was unfortunate that the service I received wasn't good at all, first the cashier were on a very bad mood no customer service at all. My order took time with no explanation and it wasn't complete.i was told after I stand up and asked them for my order tht they have no grapetizer not even in a good customer service manner, I had to ask again for my ice-cream. The cashier or the manager couldn't speak nicely with me when she told me to wait for my grapetizer she said she can't refund me because I ordered from the machine as if I was my choose to do so . Thanks to Dorcas who at last apologize and refunded me coz I was told tht there is no refund but after I wait. And the cashier who gave me the bad service unfortunately didn't have a name badge wearing a Grey shirt...

Steers South Gate renderes the worst service. They don't communicate with customers at all. They will just leave customers to stand on the long queue then when you get to the till they will tell you the queue for ice cream is long and one must wait again. The cashiers attitude is also bad. The queue is so long but there's only one...
