RocoMamas Southgate — Restaurant in Gauteng

I went yesterday afternoon to RocoMamas Southgate to try a different burger, get wings and dessert. When I arrived at the entrance servers had gathered there & no one offered to help so I went straight to the desk where there are cashiers who give out those ordering menus. I greeted & the young lady just looked at me, put the menu on the table & looked at the other young lady next to me. That young lady then asked me what I wanted. I asked her about a menu item and she responded in a way that showed that she was judging my appearance or bored. So I said ok and left. Rocomamas will always be in the top 3 of where to have a quick bite. Southgate's branch has extremely well service with really friendly staff and is always happy to assist. The food, compared to other branches, can improve. With the triple threat meal, Southgate only offers the beef burger. I've been to 3 other branches that offer beef, southern fried, chicken, and vegetarian burgers as part of the options. Sadly, the waffles here are a bit too hard as well. We had a beautiful time at Rocccomamas Southgate. It was my son’s suggestion to celebrate his top learner achievement at school. It was a pleasant experience indeed. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is great, the music is lovely, the restaurant is clean and comfortable and our waiter ‘China’ she’s a ‘Rockstar’, she was so friendly and provided us with great service.
