Franchise Guest House — Hotel in Gauteng

HORRIBLE. You accepted my booking knowing very well that you had a party and MOSTLY you are under renovations. After a 6 hour drive all I wanted was to rest . I complained about noise after 8pm but it went on till early hours of the morning. I slept for 4 hours, I had an early morning appointment and later a 4 hour drive 😓. You generally don't care about guests . Most people making good reviews here are your relatives from Malawi. There is no food at the property. If you ask them they will charge you a R100 for a mere plate of pap and beef. In the morning for close to 30 minutes I looked for the receptionist to check out but he wasn't there. The gate was not locked and my car was parked just in front of the gate . I left and nobody noticed .NO SAFETY . THEIR SERVICES ARE...

This place is dirty. Went to check it out before we finalized the booking. Dirty and no security whatsoever. The management is not honest. Does not deserve a star. Not only was it dirty, but these people are the same management of franchise premier. Don't deserve to be be on bookings.com. You book with premier and they will immediately tell u they have alternative place. Meanwhile they will be telling you about this dirty place and even tell u they will offer u a discount. Worst possible place you can stay, there where rats in the roof, the place does not resemble the pictures at all. Paint is peeling of the walls. The parking space is almost non existing. The receptionist does not speak or understand English to a point that one can explain something to him. I spoke to the owner to ask for a refund when I saw how bad the place was and she got very rude and screamed at me saying that what did I expect for the price? The area where it is located is also a very dodgy area.
