Debonairs Pizza Lakeside Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am extremely disappointed on the horrendous service that I have received from Debonairs Pizza Lakeside mall. This has had such a negative impact upon me that I have lost my appetite and they have jeporadised my loyalty with this branch. There is a special that has been on recently, two pizza's for R159 and I wanted to order it yet they only had meat selections. I explained to the cashier, Zondo Nosi my situation as I want a vegetarian option and she gave me a notorious attitude and didn't want to accommodate towards me or even help me choose a pizza that will support my needs. I am an Indian girl and I watched this cashier, after serving me be courteous to the next customer similar to her race of African. I am officially heartbroken by this branch and request something to be done upon this matter. Yours...

I love Debonairs pizza but the lakeside Debonairs pizza has to be the worst. It it now the second time I have bout pizza there and the ingredients have gone bad and stale. First I thought it was me but today made me realise it's the pizza it's self. The pizza smelled a bit off, the pineapples were rotten as if they were in the fridge for a long time. This time I got food poisoning from this place. And for a busy place like this it is really disappointing. The mushrooms were the worst.

The worst pizza experience I ever had!!! Bought a triple decker that is dry, no meat just bacon and what seemed like soya mince. So dry, third layer was without any filling, just dry not even sauce. I have never been this disappointed and upset over purchasing food - the quality always promised by debonairs wasn't served to me today. This store is the worst, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy pizza at debonairs let alone Lakeside...
