Metro guest house — Hotel in Gauteng

The Guest-house's airport 'shuttle service' is a complete scam. I got charged R400 for a one way trip (this is after the trip where they'd never mentioned a cost before, only made it out to be a complimentary service). The same trip cost me R53 in a Uber Taxi the next day. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport so I would like to know how they think R400 is an acceptable charge? Very dodgy and unprofessional practices...||||Room was unventilated and like a complete oven. Yes I appreciate its summer but the hotel should at least provide a fan as the room was un-liveable. I ended up sleeping on the concrete floor as only place I could stay cool. This also led to me getting numerous bites from midgets.||||When I tried to pay the next day I was told the card machine did not work. As I was about to leave the country I had little cash to The receptionist had to accompany to an ATM. She took me to one where I felt completely unsafe in an area there is no way I would of stopped otherwise.||||Absolutely horrendous experience and I have never felt so angry for a service I have 'received'. Room clean but small, staff helpful, close to the airport - 5km.
