Deceit: I had asked in an email if there was room heater, I got a reply saying no, that instead there's a central heater. I asked when I got to the Inn, the man didn't answer. Deceit. ||||2. Then unfortunately I had mistakenly thought check out time was 10am, thanks to reviewing different properties. Some minutes to 9am while still asleep, man came to knock, we were informed that we needed to leave at 9am. At 1min past 9am, the man started screaming at us and threatening us if we didn't leave immediately. I told him we were leaving already as bags were packed and we would just bring them out soon. We were thrown out into the dangerous streets of Joburg. It was a most unpleasant experience. ||||I don't have much lodging experience, but I know businesses try to provide a reasonably pleasant experience for their customers. Be ready for such experience when you lodge here. It's fine to say truthfully you don't have a heater than deceive, raise one's hope and crash it. Read moreUpon arriving , in that room the toilet was not properly cleaned, the wardrobe not dusted I had to ask the management to bring a cloth. the shower door glass was dirty .No wi fi, (I was told the network was interupted for the whole week I did not use their wi fi). Water was lukewarm and imagine it is winter when you open the shower tap, the moment that water arrive to your body its already cold but maybe they keep lukewarm in order to save their electricity.||As per their rule you are required to vacate their premises at 9 to allow for cleaning. I asked for permission to vacate at 10 because my flight was at 15h00, they refused at 8;56 they knock at the room very loud to a point I was terrified by the knocking apparently they thought I was still sleeping but I am assuming since I asked to vacate at 10 maybe they were thinking that I am not following their order to leave their place at 9. how would you say that a guest should leave at 9 to allow for cleaning but when she arrived the room was not properly cleaned and yet when she asked to leave at 10 YOU ARE REFUSING.
