I was impressed with the staff's service, including breakfast, but noticed that the cutlery was not thoroughly cleaned. The clothing cupboard was unclean and emitted a foul smell. Although the bathroom was clean, the bathroom mat set is unhygienic and should be removed. The bed base and mattress require replacement. The linen was clean; however, the kettle was simply placed on the floor. Considering my experience in hospitality, I suggest engaging a professional cleaning company to perform a deep clean of all rooms, including the dirty curtains. We had an amazing stay,the staff was friendly and kind. There was Loadshedding during our stay but the facilities had a back up power supply. Breakfast was average on Saturday and not really good on Sunday (the toasted bread tasted old).But overall the place is amazing,has a clean pool,braai facilities and they allow music until 22:00 late.It is also close to shops,restaurants (fast food) and their WiFi has a good network connection.
