KFC Kempton Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

I went there to collect my online order and I was ignored multiple times by the staff. I then asked if I could get assisted and noxy said she wasn’t working there and I should ask one of the other staff, but before that I saw her giving other people their orders. When I finally got my order (very cold because it had been sitting for a while), it didn’t have drinks so I had to go back to ask for my two coke bottles. If that wasn’t bad enough, they wanted to give me a streetwise 2 when I ordered a 2 can dine.

If there was zero I was going to rate 0. Every night when I do drive through, there's always an excuse, it's either they don't have enough pieces of chicken or they don't have wings, they can't cook more food cause it's at night (that's their response)but it's a 24hrs drive through. But what really made me changed my rating from 3 to 1, is that yesterday night I ordered, then we had to wait for at least 10 minutes, when we got a chance to pick up my order they just left it by the window and dissapeared, had to grab the food from the window and check whether it was mine or not. LINDOKUHLE is the worst cashier i have ever met. Very rude has no sense of humour and extremely terrible communication skills full of attitude and very rude. Wearing her mask with her nose not covered but upfront to tell i have no proper mask will not serve me. She was not even telling me but yelling at her colleagues by the door. As far as am concerned it might not have been a proper mask but my nose and mouth were covered. Lindokuhle needs to be taken for serious training on customer care and service.
