Fishaways Kempton Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered from here twice 1st time they dint include any of the sides I ordered but Mr delivery refunded me for that, so thought it was late w. E you. Know gave them another shot ordered 3 extra drinks + tartare sauces none of which showed up it was a R250 order of which I dint get R90s worth of that I phoned them got the phone put down on me emailed them they never replied posted on Twitter Facebook they never replied do not get delivery from them they will rip you off and ignore you when you question them, rather order from any other fish aways I've only ever had issues with this one been sending mails daily for 2 weeks with no response if it was just a extra side that was for free I'd just forget it but I paid extra for those drinks and sauces and just never got them and the fa t that I get ignored is just...

Highly Disappointing R400 Experience at Fishaways Kempton Park

I spent R400 expecting a satisfying seafood meal for two, but received:

Bone-dry ricewith no flavor or moisture Extremely small fish (barely medium-sized)sold as “large” at R119 each,clear misrepresentation Seafood for 2 ordered,yet delivered a mismatched R189 combo of just two small fish,rice,and chips When raised,the lady casually suggested “rather take seafood for 1 at R100” an insulting downgrade.For comparison,Nando’s hotpot delivers better taste,portion,and value.

Why offer a “seafood for 2” if it’s no different from two single meals slapped together?The lack of transparency, undersized portions,and experience.

Placed an online order, it only got delivered 1 hour and 45mins later! I understand that when it's month end it's really busy, but when you try to phone them there is just NO answer. When our food got delivered our order was short delivered. Still did not get hold of them. The lady in the call center said she will follow up with them.... Still waiting for some feedback. Will not be ordering...
