Absolutely Perfect – Highly Recommend!

We visited South Africa from England in March 2025 and had the pleasure of staying in Zona’s Boat House. Let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing. The property is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families and couples. The layout is well thought out, with plenty of room to relax.

The outdoor area is a real highlight – a lovely space to sit and enjoy a braai, complete with an open fire and a great dining area. The kitchenette was fully stocked with all utensils and kitchenware making self catering nice and easy. There’s also parking on site, which made everything even more convenient.

The location is fantastic – within walking distance to the beach, in a quiet and very safe area. Mossel Bay and Hartenbos are great areas with loads to see and do, plenty of places to eat and stunning views and beaches. It really felt like a home away from home.

Most importantly, Zona and Roy were exceptional hosts – so friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
