The booking process was the worst experience for me. I do not know how many times I got asked the same questions over the phone since early May. All I could pick up was the highest level of unprofessionalism.
Upon arriving in Harties, I was expecting to see boards on the road with the name of the place and directions. There was absolutely nothing to give indications. We literally had to go around in circles to find the area. After a good hour of wasting petrol and asking around, they offered to come and check on us. Overall, I can safely say that the experience was just bad!
Once we had arrived at the place, I was asked the same questions again, my name, my vouchers ( I was told thatIsent only one voucher but I had sent two, hence I was able to secure the booking. I just couldn't take it anymore. I just stayed because I had paid already. Otherwise, I'd have mad a U- turn quite fast.
To top things up on the bad experience, the bed experience was terrifying. I was so disappointed when I saw the state of the beds and the bedding. Even hospitals offer better bedding for their patients who are non paying. The bedding is just of very low quality. There's some foul smell. It's just a disaster.
My children even developed some reactions on their skin. They have blisters and they're scratching themselves. It's bad. I hope it's not because of those beds.

The damview pictures of a sitting are over looking the dam is not in use and doesn't it belong to Damview apparently as well as the Swimming pool. The pool we found was dirty. ||||The walls and rooms were full of mold downstairs even in the showers. We couldn't even wait inside. ||||The bed was terrible. Mattress sinks even, sheets were dirty. Curtains were not washed. It is basically a joke. ||||We tried to ask for our refund and we are still waiting. The stories keep changing. One time manager is out of the country, another he will do it just now, or we will send POP or the phone and whatsapp is offline. So 2 families had to sleep In one booked room as we asked for the refund for the 2nd night to look for something livable in the area and got no response. There was no apology. We asked for additional pillows and linen so we could make it through the night. Farah kept saying she would send it ans never did. We couldn't shower as the bathroom had bugs and was dirty. Almost residue that's built up and HASN'T been washed over the years. Stop false advertising rooms I urge someone from department of health to inspect the rooms we were given.
