The hotel is located in the heart of the Polokwane, which is Limpopo Province’s capital city. It is easily accessible and situated in a great and central spot.

The Rooms are beautiful and neat. The staff are very warm and welcoming, friendly, from the receptionist, to housekeeping, to restaurant patrons and to the General Manager. I stayed for six full weeks, and did not feel homesick because of their friendliness. Mr Taku Borerwe, the General Manager and his staff members offer you the best service, customer service is important to them.

The level of the food they cook is actually above the standard level of a 3 star. They are actually far better than their mother hotel in one of the big cities I have been to which is related at a 4 star. If you want good food, you can come and dine in this place. From breakfast, lunch to supper : both their Ala Carte and buffet meals are the best. They also offer traditional food for those who have an interest in such foods. There is always a variety of options of food to choose from even when they are serving a buffet.

I would never want to stay in another hotel except this one. I have been around the world and have made my comparison, and I still recommend Garden Court Polokwane and say they are the best.

The nearest areas of interest that are close tj the hotel are the Polokwane Museum; Peter Mokaba Stadium; Polokwane Game Reserve; Mall of the North and Savanah mall, etc.

Lastly, you can also earn points while you sleep or dine. Those points you can also use and pay for accommodation, food, etc: this is the best rewards Programme I have ever seen as compared to other hotels because it is for free: I have benefited over all these years from their...

I have been a guest of Tsogo Sun hotels from SUN1 Edenvale to Southern Sun The Cullinan, and most recently during the COVID times Southern Sun Montecasino, before 28 March 2020 the service I was getting at Polokwane Garden Court if I have to rate it was 150% plus when everything was normal compared to the other hotels. My recent two visits to your hotel during COVID time, I have seen more than 80% improvement in my last visit, and you have outdone yourselves from the security up to your GM. The front Office has become innovative in communicating with guests during these COVID times ,I observed proper social distancing being followed and all other COVID prevention measures .The welcome at the reception blew me off, it was more than what I expected, the warmth and friendliness of your staff was out of this world. All these made notice I am at home, not feel like I am home! Ms. Refilwe Malefane, The Front Office Manager, please note your contribution and hard work is noted with the little resource at hand. If I can rate your Front Office service in comparison to the Southern Sun Montecasino I will give them 180% plus and Polokwane 200% plus although you are not in the same star grading. I have also seen a huge improvements to the Hotel Management as a whole including other departments that I may not have mentioned. Compliance with COVID 19 precautionary measures was excellent. My overall rating for Polokwane Garden Court is 180% plus. Keep up the exceptional service you are offering, and will definitely...

I was a resident at your hotel recently, however I had to check out early due to aggravated sinuses because of the mat in the room. I assume they are not well maintained as the passage towards my room was dirty looking like it hasn't been vacuumed. In addition to this, upon arrival the lady did not organise assistance for me even though she could see that I have luggage and there’s no lift cause is only two floors. I had to look for help myself. The worse was waking up to the car full of bird poo. Upon return after my meeting, I asked the lady at reception if she can help with organising for the car to be washed just the outside, she said unfortunately they do not help with that and pointed me to a car wash not far from the hotel. I then asked what is your guys plan to deal with that cause you cannot expect residents to take the car to the car wash everyday should they park in that area. It was light outs on both of the ladies. I then offered possible considerations as opposed to expecting residents to see themselves out of the situation. Cut the tree if possible Get a carport for the area Block out the area to prevent residents from parking there. I had to take the car to the car wash myself, costing e R150. You would really do well for yourselves if you could work on improving...

Recently renovated spacious rooms, clean ensuite shower, airconditioned, balcony, an open reception with light wooden textured furniture & leather with chrome highlights gives it a relaxing studio design feel. Contemporary with a sub tropical manicured garden and boasts a clean pool in the shape of a octagon 1.8m deep. The restaurant has a decent selection of freshly prepared hot and cold breakfast buffet, hosts similiar deco to the reception and has three distinct seating areas for a secluded warm and cosy eating, to an indoor arear with a view to the parking and garden and the last area is a covered outdoor eating area. It has a bar with an outdoor seating area that has plugs which was useful for charging a laptop. It is no suprise Garden Court in the heart of Polokwane is popular with business travellers. It has a self service ice machine, room services, professional yet friendly staff. What to improve? The parkings in and across the street is safe, secure but gets fully packed which is not a good experience for late arrivals. The menu looked decent but service can be improved for restaurant seat-ins. Upgrade room phones and complimentary toiletries either than a bar of soap.

1) The low fan-speed setting of the air-conditioning system sounds like a plane on idle (if you're sitting inside the plane). 2) The hottest setting on the air-conditioning (32 degrees Celsius)feels like 24 degrees Celsius. 3) They don't have duvets as depicted in the attached image and just place these blankets that look like they should be stored in the guest cupboard in-between 2 sheets. 4) You only get 2 lifeless pillows. 5) The water in the shower just pools by your feet untill it's cold, even though the drain is blockage free. 6) I wiped the television remote and parts of the tissue turned brown. 7) Don't bother with the telephones because they either don't work or they just aren't user friendly.
