KFC Polokwane (Grobler Street) — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

I bought dunked wings and a Oreo crusher. When i got home and checked The Oreo crusher, it was expired. It looked like off white water at the bottom with ice and oreo crumbs inside. i threw it down the toilet and the container smelled like expired milk.

They can be lucky i noticed this at home because I would have canceled the entire order and asked them to eat it!... how can you sell expired food to customers??? This place matches with the area, its like a filthy taxi rank KFC and i will never come here again...busy selling expired crushers to customers....i only saw how filthy the place was when i drove off becauseit was dark.... The medium-sized black woman waitress was extremely rude to me. I had ordered ice cream online, and it took them almost fifteen minutes to deliver it. In the meantime, two other customers were waiting for their orders. I went to ask the short black woman waitress, and she gave me my order. Then, she went to gossip about me with her other yellow-boned coworker, and they began making fun of me just because I had asked for my ice cream. They were disrespectful and mean. I wanna share a little experience that I came across when i visited KFC hansvanrensburg.i was like ohh what a hospitality service I got .they have exceeded my expectations. It was DURING RUSH HOUR WHEN I ENTERS THE STORE AND I WAS HAVING A LOT OF BAGS FEELING So exhausted one of the staff noticed me and took me to dine in area holding my heavy bags for me and within a blink of an eye they got my food delivered to my table .she even brought water for me and came to check on me time and again.
