Debonairs Pizza Library Gardens — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

I placed an order online, one lady(didn't get ther name) called to confirm my delivery details, I gave her the details and directions, she sent the driver to the wrong shop because she did not understand me, the delivery guy drove past me, when I called to check if it was my delivery, the lady was very rude, she told me that I'm playing with their services, I hung up because she did not even want to hear what I wanted to say..she was sreeming....if this is what is called customer service HAI KHONA!!!!!! The driver came back, he started by complaining, just when I wanted to thank him, he was already talking to someone else assisting them, I didn't even get the chance to thank him or confirm my order with him I guess still I wasn't that important,

I'm absolutely disappointed with the service from Debonairs Library Garden in Polokwane.

Every time I order with them via the Debonairs app, I always have to call the store and follow up where my order is.

Today I placed an order for Creamy Chicken tikka pizza, it took two calls to get through to the store to find my order.

When I eventually received the order, I  checked the order and told the driver this is a normal chicken tikka NOT a creamy chicken tikka, he insisted it was a creamy chicken tikka. So I'm really annoyed and...

Worst service ever. Placed my online order on 24.07.2020 at 17:14 its now 18:56 and still no delivery, paid online R300!!!!! And this is the service you give your customers. Its pathetic and would like a refund. When i call the store no answer, i kept being put thru or on hold to enquire but no response, if the store could at least let a customer know the order would be late then its not a problem but they dont...
