KFC Polokwane (Thabo Mbeki) — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

Around 19H35 tonight was treated as if I was asking for food while I was buying. To top it all of, I ordered ice cream and when it was served it was without the KFC wrap paper. When I asked was told whatever I'm looking for is finished with a rude and disrespectul tone.

What really annoyed me was the person who bought behind me was given the same thing I ordered before him.

My experience with this restaurant here was from hell and thanks to my love of their meat which comes with the price I payed today.

The place in terms of appeal it is good, but the service during our visit was a total turn off. We ordered desert like drinks Krushers (more like a smoothie) but it took us almost 30 minutes to get our order whereas there were only 2 in store order and the stuff kept ignoring us and attending to the drive through customers. Upon receiving our order the Krushers were still frozen so it was hard drinking them through the straws. To add to the bad service received we got paper straws which got wet within 5 minutes and we had to drink the frozen Krushers...

The cashier gave me a negative attitude after I indicated that I won't be donating to their add-hope charity program. I thought it's voluntary to donate

I don't have a problem with donating R2 and I applaud you for the good work you are doing.
