Disappointing and Unreliable Service

After an exhausting 8-hour drive, we arrived at the guesthouse expecting to settle in and rest. Unfortunately, despite having booked and paid in full, we were informed—at the last minute—that they would not be able to accommodate us. They had given priority to a larger group, leaving our family of four stranded and scrambling to find alternative accommodation for the night. The walls of this place are so thin you could literally hear everything your neighbors are doing. My stay was so unpleasant and horrible as i was allocated a unit next to rowdy and ill-mannered teenage boys they made so much noise up until the wee hours of the morning one could not even sleep at night. How do rate less than one star? Booked on AirBnB because the listing said that breakfast provided when we got there we were told that this was a mistake. Four cups and one glass provided for 5 guests. Booked two rooms and the hosts interpretation of this is strange. Bedside lamps not plugged in with no way of doing so.
