I am absolutely horrified at the way they treat clients and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I am actually speechless. My clients arrived at just before 12pm on the 18th of June, which they knew was before check in time, but they wanted to drop their bags off in the meantime. At the main gate into the property, they were told through the intercom there is no booking for them, they full. My client told the lady they have a voucher showing a confirmed booking through Expedia, and she responded saying they must phone Expedia and get their money back because they full. She did not even bother to let my clients in and communicate face to face with them. I then phoned the property and said to her there must be a misunderstanding or miscommunication as my client is booked to stay there...she screamed at me and told me they full, I must find somewhere else and then shouted out "Security tell that lady she is not coming in because we full"and put down the phone. I tried to phone the property a few times thereafter and they didnt answer. I am not sure how this place is even still in...

When we went to the house we could not get anyone to answer the phone or door or gate buzzer. Luckily we had family staying nearby so went there until we were phoned to say to come along. Yoliswa was friendly and did all she could to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. We had our own toilet and separate bathroom off the corridor outside our room. Breakfast was more than adequate and cooked to order, although we did have fresh fruit and yogurt first. The house appeared to have quite a quirky layout. We didn't spend much time there as we were meeting up with family but it was only about 1 km to walk in to the main area of Kalk Bay.
