Best Louis Hamilton hotel is at haeundae station, (line number 2). I stayed here with my gf and her brother in May 2014. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The BLH hotel is right behind the Haeundae grand hotel. We booked a room with a twin (1 person) and a full size bed (2 persons).
The hotel uses the key card to activate the elevator, and lights and air conditioning in the room. An additional key card requires a 10,000 (10 U S dollar) deposit. There’s breakfast from 6-10am but we didn't try it.
The shower and bathroom has its own door and the sink is outside of them. Theirs is no tub in case you want/need one. The shower head is the rainfall type with a hand-held as an alternative. The pressure from the rain fall was still great. And the water was plenty hot. I noticed that in many restaurants do not turn on the hot water to conserve energy.
The bed and bed covers are white and clean. The bed was on the medium side. My back thanked me because we were sleeping on the ground for a week before our trip to Busan.
The room had regular outlets for American plugs. I was able to recharge my cellphone without an adapter. The hotel’s wifi was very fast which I appreciated. There’s a 7 eleven right outside the hotel and many other convenience stores nearby the area.
The haeundae beach is 2-3 short blocks away. The beach was pretty empty and there was a sand sculpture event going on. The water was very cold. I would not have jumped in. I would wait until summer is on full blast.
The aquarium is by the beach. We didn’t go in. The BLH hotel has a 30% off coupon for non-Korea residents so bring your passport if you...
Read moreI stayed in Best Louis Hamilton Haeundae for two nights in Early July 2019 and found it exceptionally great!||I booked this hotel only out of a doubt that how can such a splendid-looking hotel (room photos from internet) be rated at a such astonishingly low price (@ $50 USD/night tax included ) and wanna prove it a scam.||During my finding of a route to the hotel, i found it comparatively not very close to Haeundae Metro Station, but still not very far from it(10 minutes walking distance from Number 5 Exit). ||Restaurants are all around. What’s more, A 7-11 is conveniently located in the opposite of the hotel!||Warm reminder: bars are also located around ,|(Obscene?not sure ,seductive leaflets were scattered on the floor)||The lobby is grand and well renovated. Front desk staff is friendly and speaks English well!(which is not very common in Korea)||To me and my girlfriend’s surprise, the room is exactly what we wete told online:absolutely clean, roomy with glandeur (we checked in late and we were told be upgraded, but when i checked out i found the standard room next to me also with the same conditions but only smaller in size )||In a nutshell, as a frequent traveller, this is one of my best hotel experience and this is the reason I spent 15 minutes typing this passage to recommend...
Read moreAttending a meeting at BEXCO I wanted a reasonably priced comfortable and friendly base, within walking distance of BEXCO and with restaurants easily accessible nearby. The hotel provided this and more. Particularly liked the layout of the good sized room which was pragmatic and stylish. Friendly hotel team. Small breakfast room in basement which also serves brunch till about 5.30. not sure about the rather cutesy design but efficiently run and particularly enjoyed the rice bowl with soup. Walking to Bexco is easy except requires a bit of research first time because Google maps doesn't work properly in S Korea-30 mins along a pleasant tree lined walkway paralleling a dual carriageway highway. Taxi as alternative is not expensive but no English spoke. One point to beware when booking is that there are three best Louis Hamilton Hotels in Busan and my colleagues thought they had booked into the same hotel but were in one the other side of the bridge- slightly less convenient for...
