Asia continues to surprise me. Japan gave me one of the best Italian cuisine experience to me. Then next thing Chef Lee kicked it up a notch. It shows the absolute dedication from the chef to cook the best possible Italian cuisine ever. As simple as the bread, it has a very distinct bite to it. The Ragu with the mix pasta, I suspect is Chef Lee’s signature style, was cooked to the perfection elegantly. Then the seafood stew is in my opinion made only possible with Busan’s seafood. The scorched rice along with the pasta, soaked with the seafood tomato sauce, were just heavenly umami. Thanks Chef for such an incredible meal and for your exceptional service.
