We stayed April 30-May 2nd…hotel was cool, beds were a little hard but the hot springs and hotel staff were very nice. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE PALACE CASINO THOUGH… both my friend and I are dealers so we wanted to check out the table games and casino. We had a drink at the Japanese speakeasy bar to check it out before heading out to meet my son and daughter n law. It was very trendy and bartender was very nice so we told him we’d be back later. We came back and I ordered a drink and my friend wanted to go try her luck at the tables. Before I could finish she came and told me to go with her because she had lost 2k already and wanted me to go support her. I finished my drink and went with her. Unsure how the games work there I sat down and bought in and started to read the layout and watch how others play. I made one bet and lost. An employee came behind me and told me I had to leave and grabbed my chips, I asked why…they wouldn’t tell me and said I was drunk, I told them I’m far from drunk I had about 3 drinks the whole night which was a spand of a couple hours. A child couldn’t get drunk of that smh!!! I went and told my friend they were kicking me out and then they told her she had to leave also. We got upset because they were being unreasonable and then had us blow into their cellphone/ breathalyzer and said we had to leave. We said we’re staying at the hotel, basically drinking in the comfort of our home. Not bothering anyone and just trying to play. They began pushing me and that’s when I really got upset. The gentleman who didn’t speak English rudely pulled me out and while I tried to tell him not to touch me he shoved me!!!!!!! I felt assaulted and humiliated, so wanted to go to the authorities but because I’m in another country and afraid of them composcating my passport we tried calling and complaining to a manager. In the end we couldn’t get any resolve and chose to just go to the safety of our room. The rest of our stay we stayed far from the casino and their employees. May 1st, 2024. ~Nai...
Read moreDrinks ok. Waiter in training was the best part, but even with completely open seats and tables, we couldn't sit at a couch without buying a bottle of champagne or a large amount of alcohol. No way two people can spend that amount so basically, good for parties of four or more. Lots of clutter in front of the view. Decent drinks but not noteworthy. During slower times, recommend lower drink minimums and maybe just out a time limit on smaller parties as the place fills up. We moved on quickly but would have spent more money if more accommodating. Great staff who tried to make it...
Read moreI think this one is the best casino in seoul , although cannot compare with macao. I go to another casino in COEX, maybe the table game, open 10 to 15 table. Located in sheraton hotel. This casino have much more table open then others. Minimum bet KRW 10.000. The dealers are super friendly, they give you nonstop beverage service with a wide variety of drinks, including alcohol. They also have snacks they'll bring you. & You get free food at the buffet that has lots of different foods. They're very accommodating and get an A++ for customer service and friendliness. They make you want...
