Olle Resort, Jeju — Hotel in Jeju

Breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. You can make your own pottery in the Ceramics house. We did get a chance to use the Spa. Our room had four beds, a stove top, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishes and a grill on the private patio. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi large enough for four people. The view of the ocean and mountains is Amazing from Suite 502. Bring your own robe, they are not provided. Toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, shaving cream, razor, Q-tips and bath sponge. We received one free room service item and other discount coupons. There's a small bar in the BBQ restaurant, a coffee shop, mini convenience store, children play area outside, library, pool table, large sitting area where breakfast is served. I would come to this resort again but next time...

A spa resort is abviously not the ideal choice for winter, but its affordable price and huge comfortable apartments prompted me to book a night while I explored Aewol.||It has 2 entrances, one from the main road, and one through a small narrow backlane. Park according to where your room is located.||The unit I got was facing the pool, which was emptied out during winter. But it was perched on a small hill, and the sea was in view. The resort had a convenience store which was only manned during working-hours, but it becomes self-serviced at night and you can still access it, making it convenient for late night snacks. The alcohol section is however, closed when the store...

THE WORST 'resort' I have ever stayed at. Its like the South Korean Fawlty towers. The desk is not 24hr. Staff are only on site from 8am - midnight. The place is so run down its disgusting. The staff are generally VERY unhelpful. Their first response is always 'i dont know'. They also employ teenagers to run the place who have no experience in customer service. Staff are generally very very rude and unhelpful.

The resort is so inconvenient Taxi's do not come to this area. it is all dirt roads and difficult to get to. There are a few restaurants near by but everything shuts at 8pm.

It is one of the worst experiences of my life...
