The hotel is quite good. But after the pandemic, they have the reception and staff only at the main tower. I stayed in another tower, so no staff at all.||||This is a self-service hotel. You have to carry your own luggage to your room. ||||Thank God that this tower has a convenience store, GS25. So it's quite easy to get something. ||||The room is not too small, but not big. ||||The bathroom is OK, shower and toilet bowl, and basin. ||||The Korean-style towel is a small towel. (Size is about the same as a towel for drying your hair.) If you like a big one, you should prepare by yourself. ||||There is no bathrobe. ||||My room did not have a floor towel. ||||They provide shower gel and shampoo for you too. ||||My room has only 1 big pillow which is quite high. I could not sleep well, not comfortable. (No small pillow like in the photo shown.)||||My room faces the building view. (I think the main tower will have rooms that face to the ocean.)||||They have a car park, but not big. ||||The swinging pool did not have water in it. (Maybe it's winter?)||||They provided breakfast which was Korean food, steamed rice, salad, cereal, fruit juice, bread, and coffee.||||You can walk around 3-5 mins to a nearby cafe on...
Read moreDon't even know where to start !!!! The shower head was broken and water was splashing around, pieces of the tiles from the shower were missing or broken, shower was clogged water didn't go down and flooded the whole bathroom... walls were dirty with strange stains, the part where the air conditioner is had spider webs... But all that wasn't my main problem which was noise, noise came from side to side down and specially from upstairs guests, who were walking around late at night and the room absorbs all that sound. I couldn't sleep that night and asked to be put in another room on the next night, they changed my room and assured me that wouldn't be noisy this time but actually my second night was even worse than the first !!!!! More noise from up and sides !!!! I called front desk to ask for some help with the problem but they couldn't do much more about it, 6am and I still couldn't sleep so I packed my stuff and left the hotel, to never return...In the end I hated my stay in this Hotel and will never stay in any of their BENIKEA branch hotels!!! And I suggest that if you are reading this review you do the same... BENIKEA stands for best night in korea , I think they should change their name...
Read moreThe good||- It was near the beach so you can feel the wind blowing so it was pretty nice.||- The staff were okay. They weren't rude or anything just doing their job silently.||- The room was big and clean but I didn't get the beach view.||- They provide variety of food during breakfast.||- There's a convenience store near the breakfast place so you can grab whatever that you need.||The bad:||- The room doesn't have carpeted floor. It's like those cheap flooring mat/sticker.||- There's no wardrobe/closet so I basically just put my staff inside my bag or hang it. (There's like 3 hooks that you can use to hang your clothes).||- They don't provide iron (So I can't iron anything which is a nightmare for me).||- The breakfast were repetitive so after day 3 you're bored out of your mind. You basically just eat so you won't be hungry.||- The staff can't actually speak English well. Probably only basic English.||||All in all, thank god our tour usually ends after dinner so I don't need to stay at the place longer although we stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights, oh my god but thank god Jeju was pretty at that time so we wre pretty much distracted by the beauty....
